Rarely flowering, but white flowers up to 15cm from June to July if you are lucky. Prefers well drained soil in full sun.
A hardy hebe with excellent foliage, forming a small mound, suitable for a small rockery and troughs. Discovered in New Zealand by H. J. Matthews in 1907, and named after the editor of the Otago Times.
